ATI Catalyst 9.1 Vista driver 32 or 64bit should work with an X1950, the 64bit worked for me and I have seen on another site that the 32bit is working also. May 18, 2016 I installed the ati driver and catalyst for Ati x1950 GT in windows 10 by downloading the catalyst driver from their site ( the vista 32-64 bit pack) and run it in compatibility mode for windows vista sp2. It worked just fine. No need to use other software or to disable your windows.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, used the compatibility settings and still that message comesup. Suddenly, today, I get this message ' Cannot display the end user license agreement which must be displayed and accepted before you can use this application.To display the agreement reinstall the application.' Microsoft picture it photo premium 9 software. I have tried EVERYTHING to reinstall and get this program to work; can anyone HELP ME!! I want Picture It! Photo Premium version 9 for over 2 years on my laptop/Windows 7.
